For that reason, the Homebuyers Alliance Network offers a 90-Day Ethical Participation Guarantee designed to be fair, reasonable, and transparent.

If, within your first 90 days, you believe the educational resources and advocacy support provided have not been delivered as described, you may request a refund of your membership fee—provided the participation standards below have been met.

To qualify for a refund request, members must:

• Access the educational materials made available during the first 90 days

• Participate in at least one scheduled coaching, consultation, or live webinar session

• Demonstrate reasonable engagement with the program resources

• Submit the refund request in writing within the 90-day period

This guarantee: • Is based on delivery of education and support, not outcomes• Does not guarantee loan approval, program qualification, or financial results• Is not contingent on credit scores, lender decisions, or market conditions• Applies only to members acting in good faith and participating responsibly

If a member meets the participation requirements and feels the program did not provide the educational value described, we believe a refund is the fair and ethical outcome.
